AKEA Automation ApS behandler personoplysninger, når du kontakter os, og når du besøger vores hjemmeside. Her kan du læse, hvilke oplysninger vi behandler, hvorfor vi gør det, hvem vi deler dem med, og hvilke rettigheder du har.

Når du kontakter os

Du kan kontakte os på telefon, e-mail eller via kontaktformularen på hjemmesiden. Vi behandler de oplysninger, du selv giver os. Det er typisk dit navn, telefonnummer, e-mailadresse, firmanavn og indholdet af din henvendelse. Kontaktformularen beder om navn, telefonnummer, e-mail og din besked.

Henvendelser via kontaktformularen sendes til os på e-mail og gemmes desuden på hjemmesiden sammen med din IP-adresse og oplysninger om din browser.

Vi bruger oplysningerne til at besvare dig, give dig et tilbud og levere maskiner og service til dig.

Når din henvendelse handler om et tilbud, en ordre eller service, behandler vi oplysningerne for at kunne indgå og opfylde en aftale med dig, jf. databeskyttelsesforordningens artikel 6, stk. 1, litra b. Ved andre henvendelser behandler vi oplysningerne, fordi vi har en legitim interesse i at svare dig, jf. artikel 6, stk. 1, litra f.

Når du besøger hjemmesiden

Hjemmesiden ligger hos Simply.com. Webhotellet registrerer tekniske oplysninger om besøg, herunder din IP-adresse, for at drive og beskytte hjemmesiden. Webhotellet sletter oplysningerne automatisk efter 3 uger. Vi behandler dem på grundlag af vores legitime interesse i en sikker og stabil hjemmeside, jf. artikel 6, stk. 1, litra f.

Hjemmesiden viser indhold fra andre udbydere: videoer fra YouTube, et LinkedIn-feed via Tagembed og skrifttyper fra Adobe Fonts. Når din browser henter indholdet, modtager udbyderen din IP-adresse og tekniske oplysninger om din browser. Det gælder den pågældende udbyders egen privatlivspolitik.

Links til vores sider på LinkedIn og YouTube er almindelige links. Udbyderen modtager først oplysninger om dig, når du klikker på dem.

Statistik med Google Analytics

Vi bruger Google Analytics til at se, hvordan hjemmesiden bliver brugt, fx hvilke sider der bliver besøgt, og hvor de besøgende kommer fra. Google Analytics sætter kun cookies, hvis du har givet samtykke til statistikcookies. Uden samtykke sender hjemmesiden kun begrænsede oplysninger til Google, uden cookies. Vi behandler oplysningerne på grundlag af dit samtykke, jf. artikel 6, stk. 1, litra a.

Markedsføring med LinkedIn Insight Tag

Vi bruger LinkedIn Insight Tag til at måle besøg fra LinkedIn, se hvilke brancher og virksomhedstyper de besøgende kommer fra, og vise annoncer på LinkedIn til personer, der har besøgt hjemmesiden. Tagget sætter kun cookies og sender kun oplysninger til LinkedIn, hvis du har givet samtykke til marketingcookies. Vi behandler oplysningerne på grundlag af dit samtykke, jf. artikel 6, stk. 1, litra a.

Hvem vi deler oplysninger med

Vi sælger aldrig dine oplysninger. Vi deler dem kun med de leverandører, der driver vores systemer for os:

  • Simply.com, som driver hjemmesiden.
  • Elementor, hvis tjeneste Site Mailer sender e-mails fra hjemmesiden, herunder henvendelser fra kontaktformularen.
  • Microsoft, som leverer vores e-mail. Microsoft Corporation er certificeret under EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, som er grundlaget for overførsel af oplysninger til USA.
  • Google, som leverer Google Analytics. Google LLC er certificeret under EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, som er grundlaget for overførsel af oplysninger til USA.
  • LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, som leverer LinkedIn Insight Tag.

Hvor længe vi gemmer oplysningerne

Henvendelser, der ikke fører til en aftale, sletter vi senest 120 dage efter vores sidste kontakt med dig.

Bliver du kunde, gemmer vi oplysningerne, så længe samarbejdet løber. Fakturaer og andet regnskabsmateriale gemmer vi i 5 år efter regnskabsårets udløb, som bogføringsloven kræver.

Cookies

Cookies er små tekstfiler, som hjemmesiden gemmer på din computer, telefon eller tablet. Reglerne gælder også for lignende teknologier, fx pixels.

Vi bruger kun cookies, der er nødvendige for, at hjemmesiden virker, uden at spørge dig først. Det gælder fx den cookie, der husker dit valg i cookiebanneret. Alle andre cookies sætter vi kun, hvis du har givet samtykke.

Marketing

AKEA Automation ApS processes personal data when you contact us and when you visit our website. This policy explains what data we process, why we do it, who we share it with and what rights you have.

When you contact us

You can contact us by phone, by email or through the contact form on the website. We process the information you give us. This is typically your name, phone number, email address, company name and the content of your enquiry. The contact form asks for your name, phone number, email and your message.

Enquiries sent through the contact form are emailed to us and also stored on the website, together with your IP address and information about your browser.

We use the information to reply to you, send you a quotation and deliver machines and service to you.

When your enquiry concerns a quotation, an order or service, we process the information to enter into and perform a contract with you, under Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For other enquiries we process the information because we have a legitimate interest in replying to you, under Article 6(1)(f).

When you visit the website

The website is hosted by Simply.com. The host records technical information about visits, including your IP address, to run and protect the website. The host deletes this information automatically after 3 weeks. We process this information on the basis of our legitimate interest in a secure and stable website, under Article 6(1)(f).

The website shows content from other providers: videos from YouTube, a LinkedIn feed through Tagembed, and fonts from Adobe Fonts. When your browser loads this content, the provider receives your IP address and technical information about your browser. The provider’s own privacy policy applies.

Links to our pages on LinkedIn and YouTube are ordinary links. The provider only receives information about you when you click them.

Statistics with Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to see how the website is used, for example which pages are visited and where visitors come from. Google Analytics only sets cookies if you have consented to statistics cookies. Without consent, the website only sends limited data to Google, without cookies. We process this data on the basis of your consent, under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.

Marketing with the LinkedIn Insight Tag

We use the LinkedIn Insight Tag to measure visits from LinkedIn, see which industries and types of company visitors come from, and show LinkedIn ads to people who have visited the website. The tag only sets cookies and sends data to LinkedIn if you have consented to marketing cookies. We process this data on the basis of your consent, under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.

Who we share data with

We never sell your data. We only share it with the suppliers who run our systems for us:

  • Simply.com, which hosts the website.
  • Elementor, whose Site Mailer service sends emails from the website, including enquiries from the contact form.
  • Microsoft, which provides our email. Microsoft Corporation is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which is the basis for transferring data to the United States.
  • Google, which provides Google Analytics. Google LLC is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which is the basis for transferring data to the United States.
  • LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, which provides the LinkedIn Insight Tag.

How long we keep data

Enquiries that do not lead to an agreement are deleted no later than 120 days after our last contact with you.

If you become a customer, we keep the information for as long as we work together. Invoices and other accounting records are kept for 5 years after the end of the financial year, as the Danish Bookkeeping Act requires.

Cookies

Cookies are small text files that the website stores on your computer, phone or tablet. The same rules apply to similar technologies such as pixels.

Without asking you first, we only use cookies that are necessary for the website to work, such as the cookie that remembers your choice in the cookie banner. We only set other cookies if you have given your consent.

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it. Use the button below. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the following rights:

  • The right to see the data we process about you (right of access)
  • The right to have incorrect data corrected
  • The right to have data deleted
  • The right to have processing restricted

  • The right to receive your data in a common machine-readable format (data portability)
  • The right to withdraw consent

Write to akea@akea.dk if you want to use your rights. We reply no later than one month after receiving your request.
